'My palette of materials consists of rattan, buri, kawayan and abaca. Each has their own texture, colour, smell and sound. You can bend, twist and weave them in endless ways. It is a feast of the senses to work with these.' 

Material The Kawayan bed is made of natural bamboo poles, individually cut, hand polished and framed in dark 
oak wood. 

The Balou Day Bed is made of natural or dyed rattan vines woven over a steel frame with cotton twine and abaca rope.

An indoor version made of natural or dyed rattan vines woven over a steel frame with cotton twine and abaca rope is also available.
